Al-Farouk Journal of Sciences is a peer-reviewed, semi-annual scientific journal dedicated to publishing original and innovative research and studies across various humanities and applied disciplines.

The journal welcomes contributions from researchers in relevant fields, subject to the following regulations:

 

1. Language of Publication

 

  • Research papers are accepted in both Arabic and English.

  • Submissions must address their topics using a documented scientific methodology that covers objectives, methodology, techniques, results, and recommendations.

 

2. Referencing and Citation

 

Citations should clearly include the following elements:

  • Books: Author name, Book Title, Place of Publication, Publisher Name, Year of Publication, Page Number.

  • Periodicals (Journals): Researcher Name, Research Title, Journal Name, Issue Number, Date, Page Number.

 

3. Publication Standards

 

All submissions must meet the following criteria:

  • Scientific Quality

  • Objectivity

  • Scholarly Integrity (Academic Honesty)

  • Accurate Documentation/Referencing

  • Absence of linguistic and editorial errors.

 

4. Technical Requirements

 

  • Format: Microsoft Word document.

  • Font: Simplified Arabic, size 14 (for Arabic text) (Note: A standard equivalent, such as Times New Roman 12, is typically used for English text).

  • Paper Size: A4.

  • Length: Must not exceed 20 pages.

  • Abstracts: An abstract in both Arabic and English not exceeding 150 words must be provided.

 

5. Submission Commitments

 

  • Pledge/Undertaking: The researcher must sign a form acknowledging the originality of the research, their full responsibility for its content, and confirming that it has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): A brief profile must be attached, including the academic degree, specialization, and current position/affiliation.

  • Remuneration: No financial compensation is paid for publication.

  • Originality of Material: The material must not be part of a thesis or dissertation, previously published, or currently submitted to another journal.

 

6. Peer Review Process

 

  • Research is submitted to specialized referees under strict confidentiality.

  • Unaccepted research papers will not be returned.

  • The researcher will be notified of the review result within one month of receipt.

  • The journal reserves the right to request necessary amendments according to its policies.

  • Copyright: Rights are transferred to the journal upon acceptance of the research for publication.

 

7. Language and Proofreading

 

  • Linguistic review and proofreading are the sole responsibility of the researcher, with proof of professional correction/editing required.

 

8. Submission Method

 

Submissions can be made via:

  • Electronically through the journal's official website.

  • Or by hard copy, including a Compact Disc (CD) and two printed copies.

 

9. Plagiarism Check

 

  • All research papers are screened using the Turnitin software before being sent for peer review.
