This study aimed to find out the impact of the application of electronic banking on the efficiency of performance, by measuring the attitudes of employees and recording their most important observations as a criterion for evaluating the bank's performance after the implementation of electronic banking, and the study proved that electronic banking has a positive impact on the efficiency of banking performance, and these positive effects appear in improving the level of productivity, increasing the interest of the bank's management in improving the level of services provided to customers, and increasing attention to the human element.
