أصبح التحول الرقمي أحد الاتجاهات الإدارية والتكنولوجية المؤثرة في طريقة عمل المؤسسات، ولم يعد مقتصراً على إدخال نظم إلكترونية جديدة أو تحويل الإجراءات الورقية إلى إجراءات رقمية، بل أصبح مرتبطاً بإعادة تصميم العمليات وتطوير القدرات التنظيمية وتغيير أساليب العمل والخدمات. ويكتسب هذا الموضوع أهمية أكبر في القطاع المصرفي بسبب اعتماد المصارف بصورة متزايدة على التكنولوجيا الرقمية والبيانات والقنوات الإلكترونية في تقديم خدماتها وإدارة عملياتها
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر التحول الرقمي في تعزيز الابتكار التنظيمي في المصارف التجارية العاملة في مدينة طرابلس – ليبيا. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم بناء نموذج بحثي يتعامل مع التحول الرقمي باعتباره متغيراً مستقلاً بأربعة أبعاد هي: البنية التحتية الرقمية، والقدرات الرقمية للعاملين، والقيادة الرقمية، والثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للتحول الرقمي، بينما يمثل الابتكار التنظيمي المتغير التابع للدراسة، ويشمل الابتكار الإداري، وابتكار العمليات، وابتكار الخدمات، والابتكار في أساليب العمل.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات، مع افتراض عينة مكونة من 120 مفردة من العاملين في المصارف التجارية بمدينة طرابلس. ولأغراض النموذج التطبيقي، تم استخدام بيانات إحصائية محاكاة بهدف توضيح كيفية عرض وتحليل النتائج، وبالتالي لا تمثل الأرقام الواردة في الجداول نتائج مسح ميداني فعلي. وتشير النتائج الافتراضية إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين التحول الرقمي والابتكار التنظيمي، كما تشير إلى أن القيادة الرقمية والقدرات الرقمية للعاملين من أكثر الأبعاد ارتباطاً بالابتكار التنظيمي.
