الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل مفهوم التعليم الأخضر واستكشاف إمكاناته وعوائقه ومتطلبات تطبيقه في السياقات ما بعد النزاع، مع التركيز على الحالة الليبية بوصفها نموذجاً لدولة تواجه تحديات انتقالية وتنموية متشابكة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث  اعُتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على المراجعة المنهجية للأدبيات العلمية، مسترشداً بمعايير (PRISMA)، مع توظيف التحليل المقارن للاستفادة من بعض التجارب الدولية ذات الصلة وإمكانية الإفادة منها في السياق الليبي. شملت المراجعة أكثر من 60 دراسة محكَّمة منشورة بين عامي 2015 و2025 ضمن قواعد بيانات Scopus وWeb of Science وSemantic Scholar، إضافة إلى تقارير دولية صادرة عن منظمات معنية بالتنمية والتعليم والاستدامة.

أظهرت نتائج البحث أن التعليم الأخضر يُمثّل أحد المداخل المهمة لدعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز الوعي البيئي وبناء الكفاءات القادرة على التعامل مع تحديات المناخ والاقتصاد الأخضر، ولا سيما في البيئات الهشة وما بعد النزاع، كما بيّنت النتائج أن ليبيا تمتلك عدداً من المقومات الداعمة لتطبيق التعليم الأخضر، من أبرزها الإمكانات الطبيعية المرتبطة بالطاقة المتجددة، والبنية الديموغرافية الشابة، ووجود مؤسسات تعليمية قابلة للتطوير، في مقابل مجموعة من التحديات المرتبطة بضعف السياسات التعليمية المتخصصة، ومحدودية التمويل، والهشاشة المؤسسية والرقمية، وضعف دمج مفاهيم الاستدامة في المناهج والخطاب المجتمعي.

وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات الداعمة لتبني التعليم الأخضر في ليبيا، تمثلت في تطوير السياسات والتشريعات ذات الصلة، وتعزيز إعداد المعلمين، وتحديث المناهج، وتوسيع الشراكات المؤسسية، ودعم المبادرات التعليمية المرتبطة بالاستدامة.
