تحسين الخواص الميكانيكية للفولاذ AISI 1017باستخدام التشوه البلاستيكي الشديد (SPD)

في هذا البحث، سندرس تأثير التشكيل بالدق الشديد (SSP) والتشكيل بالدق التقليدي (CSP) على الخواص الفيزيائية والميكانيكية لسبائك الفولاذ AISI 1017. أدى التشكيل بالدق إلى تغييرات في البنية المجهرية وانخفاض في مطيلية المعدن، كما هو موضح في اختبارات حيود الأشعة السينية (XRD). أظهرت التجارب تحسناً في مقاومة الشد وزادت صلابة السبيكة في العينات المعالجة، وتشير القيم إلى تحسن في مقاومة الشد القصوى ومقاومة الخضوع مع كل من التشكيل بالدق الشديد والتشكيل بالدق التقليدي. كما لوحظ انخفاض في المطيلية مع التشكيل بالدق، بالإضافة إلى تغييرات في البنية المجهرية وزيادة في شدة التشوه، بينما لوحظت زيادة في سمك الطبقة في حالة التشكيل بالدق الشديد مقارنةً بحالة التشكيل بالدق التقليدي، وذلك من خلال تحليلات حيود الأشعة السينية والمجهر الضوئي.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى اختبار تأثير التشكيل البلاستيكي الشديد (SPD) باستخدام اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي و التشكيل التقليدي (CSP) وعملية التشكيل الشديد (SSP) على الخواص الميكانيكية والبنية المجهرية لسبائك الفولاذ AISI 1017. وتأثير هذه العمليات على البنية المجهرية وتجانس العينات مما يؤدي إلى تغيير خواصها الميكانيكية. وقد تم تحضير عينات لاختبار الخواص الميكانيكية ودراسة خصائص البنية المجهرية.
